When you want to unwind, relax and enjoy the beaches of the Costa del Sol, you should take a closer look at this villa in Torrox Costa, only 1 km from the seashore. The light-filled interior allows the whole family to gather and spend some time together, whereas outside, the private pool is ideal to refresh.

The house is provided with a beautiful living area, from which you will access all the other rooms in the villa. The house’s main space is divided into a lounge area with TV, where a fabulous wood-burning stove provides the warmest atmosphere, a dining area for all the family members to enjoy their meals together, and a smaller sitting area with two sofas. The huge independent kitchen features all the appliances you’ll need to prepare the most delicious dishes, as well as a kitchen island. The three bedrooms of the villa are all equipped with warm/cool air-con: two of them are furnished with a double bed each, and the third bedroom is provided with two twin beds. The two bathrooms both have a shower.

The living room opens onto a veranda, where an outdoor dining table lets you make the most of the fabulous weather conditions just by opening the doors. From here, a few steps lead to the enclosed patio, where you will spend some unforgettable moments. You can choose to play some ping-pong, sunbathe on the sun loungers, relax on the swing sofa, prepare some delicious meals on the covered BBQ, or have a dip in the private pool. However, the icing on the cake is the outdoor Jacuzzi, which relies on an electric motor to filter and heat the water.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.

Great Villa

The Villa is beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. It was spotless. Salvador was very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The children had a great time, didn’t want to come home. Would really recommend this Villa. We would say 10 out of 10.

Er hat sich sehr um unseren Aufenthalt gekümmert und uns sehr viel Mühe gegeben, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben das Meer direkt nebenan genossen. Meine Kinder hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und waren begeistert von ihrem Aufenthalt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft und diesen fantastischen Ort wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden für unseren nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Familienwoche. Die Villa war sehr geräumig und bot alles, was wir für sechs Erwachsene und ein elf Monate altes Baby brauchten. Wir hatten alle Baby-Annehmlichkeiten und jede Menge Unterhaltung für die Erwachsenen: einen Swimmingpool, eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Whirlpool, einen Billardtisch, einen Grill und viel Platz zum Sitzen und Plaudern, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, gleich den Hügel hinauf zum Strand, zu Geschäften und Restaurants; wir konnten in 10 Minuten dorthin laufen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit; er bereitete das Haus kurz vor unserem Morgenflug vor, begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft, führte uns herum und war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank!

Grandioses Haus

Geräumiges Haus mit großer Wohnfläche, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit vielen Extras. Schönes Außengelände mit Lounge, überdachtem Grill, Jacuzzi und kleinem Pool, Tischtennis u.v.m. Wir haben schon oft Häuser in diversen Ländern gebucht. Dieses war eindeutig das Beste. Die direkte Umgebung ist zwar nicht so ansprechend, aber davon sieht man nichts, wenn man drin ist, dafür aber den grandiosen Meerblick. Die Lage ist gut nicht weit von Geschäften, Restaurants, Meer, diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Vermieter Salvador und seine Frau Montsi sind mehr als freundlich. Wir fanden bei Ankunft verschiedene Leckereien. Die Kommunikation mit Salvador über WhatsApp war sehr gut. Er antwortete immer schnell. Kleine Probleme, die in einem Haus immer mal vorkommen können, wurden schnell behoben. Der beste Vermieter den wir bisher hatten.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Herrn Salvador, die Villa ist wie beschrieben, sauber, geräumig, hell und das Äußere ist toll, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und den Kindern auch. Top-Swimmingpool und Whirlpool zusätzlich zur Tischtennisplatte. Die Aussicht vom Garten mit Blick auf das Meer ist großartig. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, geräumige und helle Zimmer, wirklich großartig. Ruhe ist auch da. Wir können diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen. Salvador ist super freundlich und immer verfügbar, wenn man ihn braucht.

Es war wirklich eine Freude, den schönen Garten mit Swimmingpool und großem Whirlpool zu nutzen. Der Garten war abschließbar, was für uns mit kleinen Kindern sehr schön ist. Vor allem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und vollständig. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist sehr gut; schnell, freundlich und klar. Aufgrund der hügeligen Lage haben wir das Auto nur häufig genutzt.
