Cozy home in Torraca with WiFi

This vacation home is located in the picturesque and ancient hamlet of Torraca in the province of Salerno. The village of Torraca was the birthplace of the painter Biagio Mercadante, whose enlargements are scattered throughout the village. It lies 500 m above sea level, in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub, and from here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the magnificent Gulf of Policastro, which is just a few kilometers away. The house is located in the center of the village, but the surrounding area is particularly green, hilly and panoramic, making it the ideal place to regenerate body and mind. The medieval castle of Palamolla is just a few meters away and in the village you can stroll along the typical historic streets. The accommodation is spread over three levels: On the 1st level there is a bedroom, the living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, the kitchen, the panoramic terrace and a garage. On the 2nd level there are two bedrooms, another kitchen and a magnificent panoramic terrace. Due to its structural characteristics, this house is ideal for two families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacation together without giving up their privacy. On the 3rd level there is an outdoor area of about 150 square meters with a lawn, a small swimming pool not embedded in the ground, solarium and panoramic terrace with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a gym.



Due to its location, the temperature is particularly pleasant in summer and the area is perfect for trekking on marked trails, both the village of Torraca and Sapri are two of the stops on the Cammino di San Nilo, which runs through the Cilento. For cultural and tourist visits, explore nearby Palinuro or Marina di Camerota, where you can embark for the islands of Ischia and Capri. In Sapri you can hire bicycles, motorcycles, cars and boats. Marina di Sapri is characterized by its beautiful sandy beaches, which are both free and equipped. At the harbor you can book excursions or night fishing trips. Here you will also find many supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias where you can sample exquisite local dishes.
