So advertised with free self parking only to arrive and there is none . No acknowledgment that is was my actual birthday even though spoke to hotel prior . Got to room no ice bucket as requested and no towels . Sat eve got back just after 12 ? Door was locked . Waited ages phoning number on door just to get in. Maid came to room before 10 am both mornings . Bit early if you ask me . . Wouldnt recommend . Also massive hike and no taxis available :(

The booking in at recption was excellent. The bedroom clean.comfy bed.good shower pressureand hot as required.breakfast was very good..a tip book breakfast with room cheaper than at hotel booking. Noisy and smelly this time @ hotel we usually like

I do like this hotel. Staff always nice and decent food & bar. Room itself was tidy and clean but window open when we arrived letting in the smell of food from the very loud extraction fan outside our window. Had to close window to keep out smell which made room pretty hot. Fan was pretty noisy throughout the stay though one gradually gets used to it.

Good for Room 181. Very BAD for Room 147. Overall the Hotel is not bad. Located in a convenient location, walking distance to high-street. Hot spa for only £10 per person. I've booked 2 rooms. One is clean and tidy, the other is noisy and dirty. The room seems on top of the kitchen with hot air coming up. The staff rejected my request for changing room. She said that the hotel was fulled. At the end, she only provided a fan on request.
