Upstairs, a fabulous entertaining area with sweeping views in every direction sets the scene for relaxed gatherings. A pool table sits beside a spacious open-plan lounge, creating plenty of room for everyone to mingle before sharing meals around the twelve-seater dining table, with additional seating at the nearby kitchen bench.



Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area flows seamlessly to a generous outdoor entertaining space that wraps around the sparkling pool, complete with BBQ facilities—perfect for sunny poolside days, leisurely brunches, or winding down after a day at the beach.



The seven spacious bedrooms are all fitted with reverse-cycle systems for year-round comfort, and six include Smart TVs. The master suite enjoys its own private wing with a lounge room and a luxurious ensuite featuring a bath, double shower, and separate toilet. Three bedrooms have private ensuites, while two additional bathrooms ensure plenty of space and privacy for all guests. A fully equipped laundry and modern appliances throughout make longer stays effortless and enjoyable.
