Two bedroom 'Two Bays' apartment with magnificent ocean views from the balcony & open plan living, dining & kitchen area. This second storey apartment features a large 42 Inch Smart TV, DVD, CD stereo system, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with spa bath & separate powder room. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, accompanied with a 32 Inch TV with chromecast. There are also a Tri Bund (double on bottom, single on top) in the second room as well as a European laundry with washing machine & dryer for your convenience.

The spacious sunny balcony is ideal for outdoor entertaining provided with BBQ & outdoor setting or simply just relaxing and watching the world go by! This holiday property also offers great position directly opposite the Torquay front beach and easy walking distance to both Gilbert & Bell Street precincts. Portable fans, electric heating and off street parking space provided. Wi-Fi is also available at the property! 

Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

Firstly great location! But didn't live up to expectations for price. The flyscreen in the bathroom, which was directly over the sink and in your face, was chocked full of dust. The carpet in both bedrooms were heavily stained, like a spotted quoll. The master bedroom door would hit the bedframe making it awkward going around the bed due to size of room. The knifes and utensils in seconded draw where poorly cleaned, there were numerous stains and food bits on most knifes. No toilet paper but some was delivered after a discussion with the agent. Cheap knifes, when I was cutting some cheese the knife handle broke, may seem petty but just another reason it didn't live up to my expectations.

Lovely property
Super house with great appliances and thoughtful provisions left. Good location and easy walk to station. Great cafe for brunch. Really enjoyed our stay and nice deck for sitting out plus bbq. We would come back for sure. Thanks.

Some of the facilities were a bit dated but honestly we were out most of the time so it didn't matter. A great location for the beach, walking tracks and places to eat. Loved it

Beautiful location, average property for the price
I booked the property for its location on the waterfront which was perfect. Unfortunately I can't say the property was perfect. On arrival there was a damp smell in the toilet and bathroom requiring the toilet and bathroom window to remain open throughout our stay and the bath mat certainly needs replacing. Being the middle of winter, the heater was not sufficient to warm the property and the doonas were certainly not warm enough for the winter months. An average property for the price in need of a makeover. That said, the weather was beautiful and we spent most of the weekend exploring the area, it would have been disappointing if we would have had to stay indoors.

Excellent location with great views. Disappointed it didn’t have an air conditioner, just an air cooler as it was hot when we stayed. Also it would have been great to have ceiling fans in living area and bedrooms Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this property
