"The staff were so kind and always willing to help, especially the lovely Filipina woman that helped us check-in, whom I believe was named Ely. Housekeepers were also so lovely to communicate with, even if it's just a simple hello when leaving our room. The room was beyond our expectations (but to be fair we don't travel much) and were astonished at the amenities that were provided with the Chelsea Hotel. We were ready to provide for ourselves and get what we needed but it was as if everything was at our fingertips already. And we really liked the robes that were provided for us :) The location is also incredible as it's right in the downtown area of Toronto. So many places to eat and explore were within walking distance or were close to access to public transit. The convenience of the location is absolutely up there. Although we didn't explore much else of their services provided ie. the pool, the hotel restaurant, etc. I'm sure all of those services were also lovely and I would love to come back to give them more of a chance next time. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit and very happy with this space. Shower was a nice size as well, although use of the 2 separate shower heads was not clear or obvious (trial and error was required). No real complaints. We plan to stay here again on our next trip into Toronto ☺️"
