Very customer oriented. Great staff and lovely rooms. If you like to gamble it's there for you. I stay there about 8 times a year for 3 days each time. Really love it, be generous with tips. Even without tipping they will take care of you. I prefer to tip and have enjoyed first class service.

Convenient location. Possibly provide free amenities like toothbrush. I forgot my toothbrush and had to wait until gift shop opened at 9. I have stayed in other hotels where they provide toothbrushes and small toothpaste at no cost.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, with high-quality, fresh renovations. The rooms were absolutely clean. We also liked the casino and the spa area — although it was small, we still had a great time there.
