Well your cable was out all night. I was told that I could have a late checkout. Yes. Therefore, I arranged for my ride to come at 12 11 30 and then that morning, one of your workers there told me that there was none. And so I was sitting outside for about a good 30 minutes 45 minutes waiting for a ride. And the reason that happened was because you're employed. Maddie was new and informed me wrong. And the room was no smoking and it had a odor of either p or tobacco I couldn't decide

Staffing was great and friendly. checkin was smooth with pre check in. The room seemed very clean except for a some minor issues i noticed including Stains above the shower wall The security latch was falling off and didnt feel as secure as it should Rip in the sheets Remote control for tv was held together with tape but functioning Most things I wouldn't mind but others possibly will. i understand what i was getting into 😆

We stayed here October 2-12 2025. In our room the carpet was very dirty and stained, there was water damage on the bathroom door, and the toilet was very hard to flush. While it was not the hotels fault there was construction on highway 36 making it very hard to exit the property. If i had not booked the room as non-refundable through Expedia i would have moved to the another hotel, lesson learned.
