Location was quiet with a wonderful view of the Harbour and Deer visiting the property. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Sliding doors were difficult to open.

Staff were very friendly. We were upgraded to a 2-level room with comfortable beds and lots of space, facing the marina. Would have given a higher rating, except the walls are paper thin, so we heard the couple next door fighting the first evening, the dog in the next room barking and whining throughout the day; it was very noisy most of the time.

We had an excellent stay at Canadian Princess. The Harbour master suite is really spacious and great for multi night stay. Easy to walk into town for meals. Comfy beds. Only complaint is that the building is a bit noisy - you can hear washrooms and kids in other rooms around you. But nothing that caused us to lose sleep or impact our stay. I would recommend staying when visiting the Ucluelet/Tofino area.

The night we arrived the toilet was broken. Had to walk at 1am to another room to get to the washroom. Next morning it was repaired. I forgot my computer cable in the room. After calling the manager if it was found in the room he never called back. Very unsatisfying. A good hotel would usually call guess if the they forget something. I would expect a better service in a hotel which is charging $400+ per night!

After booking a terrible room at another motel and getting a refund. We booked this place. Had everything we needed in a great location close to anything you would need and a great view. Room was clean and updated.
