If you like the privacy of not having neighbors close by and living away from town but close enough to zip into town when you want this is a great place. It is also completely solar powered and off grid but with all the amenities of town homes. It is quiet at night with the predominant sounds being that of the desert and ocean as we are two miles up the canyon from the beach. Mi casa es su casa so you can build a fire in the pit, bbq on your big deck, or stargaze from your hammock. A car is necessary

We enjoyed our stay. This is not a resort, it's a bit spartan yet the location, at the top of a bumpy dusty road off the highway, is wonderful. If beautiful sunsets, cool breezy mornings and the Pacific ocean as the backdrop appeal to you, this place has good value!
