Property was clean and well maintained. Food was good. The buffet had extensive selection, both continental and Indian. Services in the restaurant were good.
The only suggestion is they should give people at least two key cards one for the room services and one to carry with self to use for the lift etc.
Also, the cleaning staff need to be trained more in just doing the cleaning and not telling guests where to go or that their room is in the other side. Case in point, I was heading the opposite side to give something to a friend who had her room on the opposite side and the cleaner said “your room is on the other side sir.” He could have said it with good intentions but I felt that he was being a little rude. He would also keep looking when I went to the next room where my son was staying, Basically. I felt my privacy was being violated. Hope they train staff to be more mindful and respectful of guests’ privacy. It could be a cultural thing but still this an international chain hotel.
Otherwise, the hotel was great and front desk was very accommodating. I believe the her name was Megala and she was very helpful.
