Welcome to the "Wolburg" 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. Make yourself at home and enjoy the best days of the year in this modern and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment for 4 people on the first floor.
The owners have furnished the apartment with great care: The living room features a cozy, modern sofa set that sleeps 2 people and a large LCD TV. The modern open-concept kitchen welcomes you with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher—everything you need to make daily life comfortable. A dining area and an adjoining south-facing balcony round out the “feel-good” atmosphere.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses), a mirror, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains.
The bathroom features a whirlpool tub and a shower, as well as a radio speaker system.
Two bicycles are available for your use (these are not included in the lease agreement).
Parking space No. 6 in the underground garage is included with the apartment.
A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the communal basement.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).

It’s just a 350-meter walk to feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet. The town center, with its shopping options, is also right nearby. Here, you can enjoy the charm of Timmendorfer Strand in cafés and restaurants or browse the many exclusive shops.

A trip to the Holstentor in the Hanseatic city of Lübeck is always worthwhile; from there, you can join exciting guided tours. Or explore the “marzipan city” on a boat tour along the Trave River.
