The fully furnished condo features brand new appliances, pristine tiled floors and granite countertops throughout. You will enjoy stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

The space:
The unit is located in a newly built complex that offers 24/7 security and a variety of great amenities, including multiple sparkling swimming pools and hot tubs. Everything is scrupulously maintained daily by the respectful, courteous, thoughtful, and attentive staff, making it feel like a 5-star American-style resort at a fraction of the cost.

This cozy condo sits just a few minutes away from downtown Rosarito, so you can easily take advantage of all the city has to offer while enjoying the peace and quiet of your private beach. With 2 indoor and 1 outdoor swimming pools, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tubs, 2 indoor steam rooms, 1 indoor sauna, an outdoor BBQ area, and a private beach, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

A small store, Mercado Del Mar, is located directly across the street for all your basic needs, including a great selection of wines, tequilas, and other drinks. Downtown Rosarito is just a short drive away with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

that the maximum occupancy is 6 people, and all guests must check-in with security to obtain a wristband before entering the condo. Wristbands are required for security purposes, and photo ID is required for each guest upon check-in. Also, please be aware that outdoor construction is still underway on this development.

Please Remember: the max occupancy is 6 people, no exceptions. This includes any day or night time visitors you may have stop by for dinner, a cocktail or just to hangout. This also includes any kids, no matter what age, which includes infants. This is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

The condominium welcomes you with an open and spacious living room featuring large sliding French doors that lead to a generous balcony perfect for setting up tables and chairs to enjoy meals while taking in stunning ocean views that instantly relax your mind. Inside, you’ll find comfortable sofas, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, along with an updated kitchen. This was definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had . Bowe was very attentive, the view from the condo was breathtaking. My kids loved the indoor pool. Definitely looking forward to book another stay this year .
