The television only had one channel---I also have Comcast TV, and the sheets looked as if they had not been changed. To not change them after each guest is very unsanitary. Everything else, and everyone else was very friendly. The room was clean, and very nice.

We liked the intake staff. We liked that the room was clean and the toilet and shower were both clean and performed as assumed. We liked the hard mattresses and clean sheets with pillows that were two firm and two soft. Because of the internet deception, we didn’t know this place was right next to I-75 with all the diverse sounds vehicles produce and can be heard from a distance and getting louder and louder, the closer they are in proximity to this place. Had we known this place was just yards from interstate 75, other accommodations may have been obtained. As it was; the roaring interstate sounds of vehicles approaching - passing and slowly fading away, kept us awake until 12 midnight. THEN AT 5:30 AM, we were awoken to abrupt LOUD, loud sounds, just on the other-side of the bedroom wall. We learned later that morning that the breakfast cabinets were being shut in a manner that not only startled us awake but also the three sounds each cabinet makes IS LIKE SLAMMING A BASKETBALL AGAINST THE WALL THREE TIMES FOR EACH CABINET USED TO STORE BREAKFAST CONDIMENTS. DID WE SAY THE SOUNDS WERE LOUD? They were REALLY LOUD. And room #111 is the adjoining room. The LOUD NOISES CAME IN 3’s like a basketball being slammed repeatedly at 5:30AM and lasted until 6:07AM. Then just as we were beginning to fall asleep, there was the loud sound of running water (like filling a bathtub) from 6:08AM thru 6:14AM. At 6:16AM we heard the sounds of drawers being opened and loudly shut repeatedl

I especially like that you can check in later. But what made this hotel my choice was that the crime rate is minimal AND , ( although I don't have a pet right now ) the fact that they allow pets !! I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself was okay. However, we wanted to watch TV and relax after driving all day. Well, the TV remote didn't work. The front desk mgr changed batteries. Still it didn't work. The front desk mgr suggested to stand and use buttons on TV....really? I would like to get compensated for the issue.

Very poor condifion.

Very poor hotel. Room smelled and was in poor condition. Fire alarm went off with no response from staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was too small for two queen beds. Toilet was in poor condition. Tank was constantly refilling and eventually we had to put our hand into tank to flush the toilet. The room was subject to a lot of highway noise. We will not return.

Great place for an overnight

After reading some of the reviews we were skeptical about staying here but we decided to give it a try and we’re glad we did. All the ladies working was very helpful no matter what we needed. Very friendly service. The breakfast was very sufficient. Room was clean and smelled clean. The only 2 negatives as far as we would say is maybe try to update and get rid of the carpet in the rooms and UPDATE the mattress. It was very old and hard as a rock but those 2 things have nothing to do with management or the workers. I did mention the mattress when we were checking out and I forgot to mention about the removal of carpet in the rooms. Overall great place to stay for an overnight especially if they update the flooring and mattresses. If that happens we would definitely stay here more but will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you everyone that made our stay as comfortable as you possibly could ( what you had control of at least)
