Bela Estrutura e grande INSEGURANÇA

Apesar dos investidmentos feitos na estrutura, há 3 problemas graves de segurança, dos quais fomos afetados: 1) piso escorregadio em diversos pontos. Minha filha escorregou, bateu a cabeça e tivemos que ir a Natal fazer uma ressonância; 2) Não há enfermaria disponível; 3) a varanda com piscina permite que os quartos sejam acessados por qualquer um que esqueça a porta aberta. Uma pessoa entrou em nosso quarto por esse acesso e colocou um bilhete em cima da cama para minha filha. Nos sentimos extremamente invadidos.

A estadia foi boa. O hotel é muito bonito, piscina agradável e um riozinho com peixe que é marcante para as crianças. Só que o ar era um pouco forte, estava fazendo barulho (tentaram resolver, mas ficou um barulho de fundo), tinha uma umidade no quarto (nao tinha mofo nada disso, parecia que os lençois ficavam um pouco umedecidos).e a porta do banheiro que nao tem fechadura e nao se fecha por completo... isso trouxe bastante desconforto pois fica um vão na porta. Mas no mais, foi ótima a estadia, alimentação, academia, atendimento.

Excelente hotel. Bem localizado, café da manhã muito gostoso, quarto, cama e chuveiro bons (produtos Loccitane). Atendimento bom e simpático. Pontos a melhorar: facilitação e de toalhas e pulseirinha mais confortável.
