Vista Ajaches has been given its name as it looks out over the natural reserve of “Los Ajaches”, a volcanic formation in the south of Lanzarote. The entry allows you to walk into a fantastic garden with a front seaview terrace which will give you the possibility to enjoy every sunset to the fullest.

The living area is a traditional plan to an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and the large patio doors to the terrace with a fantastic seaview. The fully fitted modern kitchen consists of an electric oven & hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The spacious living and dining room is comfortable and attractively decorated and looks out to the front patio with great views of the ocean. The wall mounted flat screen TV offers Satellite channels, and WIFI is available throughout the property.

The master bedroom has air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom and sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and makes a great room for children. The second bathroom is just across from the room and is fitted with a walk in shower.

For your peace of mind, there is a security alarm and the house has air conditioning which can also provide heating during winter months.

Vista Ajaches is located a stone's throw from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the busy resort, which started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Canarian holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world.

There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports are available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive, where you can spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats or enjoy a yacht excursion.
