The apartment is totally renovated in June of 2016 and it is located just in fornt of the swimming pool, ocean view Which it has. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen with all the utensils you need, treats including coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
There is a big and comfortable sofa you can take rest Where and see the 40 inches TV.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, 1.60mx 2.00m, with a big built-in wardrove and a work / laptop desk.
The second room is perfect for kids, with a trundle bed That it has two 90cm x 2.00m beds.
The bathroom is renovated with a nice and powerful hot water shower and there is a whasing machine.
The apartment is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing holidays in a quiet complex and Past perfect for families as the swimming poll is just in front you the apartment and there is a kids playground only 25 meter away from the apartment.

A great holiday in a lovely apartment on a fantastic island.
The property is exactly as described. It is in a quiet location above the port. It was close to all the necessary facilities. The owner was extremely helpful, and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend this apartment.

Great Holiday
We stayed in Purto Del Carmen with our kids and had a fabulous time. Our appartment was lovely, clean and very central to the old town and a 15 minute walk to the new town. The appartment was fully equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were comfortable. The apperment complex was really clean and tidy. The pool was plenty big and the water was lovely. There is plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. This place is a really good choice for a family or couple holiday. I would recommend the apertment for a lovely holiday.
