Escape to this charming 175-year-old Cape-style timber frame farmhouse nestled on 6 scenic, open acres in Thomaston, Maine — perfect for families, groups, or couples looking for a peaceful, private Maine getaway yet only minutes from town and shopping.

The house just underwent a complete renovation, boasting a warm, welcoming open floor plan with a modern farmhouse feel. Inside you will find a large top of the line kitchen with seating for 8, including a built in bread making station with recipe book and ingredients! Relax in the large living room with exposed 8 foot high timber frame ceiling and beautiful large leather couches facing the 55" smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Everything from the furniture to bedding, to the washer and dryer is brand new. Enjoy a summer cross breeze through the oversized windows or relax in air conditioned coolness. You'll find a beautiful large bedroom on the first floor right next to the large downstairs full bathroom with tub. Upstairs there is an even larger master bedroom with a queen size Sleep By Number bed featuring dual sleep settings, a full bathroom with shower, and two other bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two twin beds. Every single bedroom features its own smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime (with many popular subscriptions).

Venture outside onto the brand new deck with outdoor couches and propane firepit. Feel like showering outside? Relish in the brand new hot outdoor shower nestled in the trees 25 feet behind the house! Relax in the hammock secluded amongst the many budding trees on the property. Feel like barbecuing? Fire up the brand new propane grill and dine at the outdoor picnic table.

If you're in the mood for games, there's an assortment of board games, cards, and giant Jenga. Take it outside to the large mowed open field behind the house and entertain everyone with the horseshoe pit, badminton, or cornhole set! Feel like getting out on the water?
