Je suis allé à cet hôtel au moins 6 fois dans les 2 dernières années. À minuit hier, nous nous sommes fait réveiller par une personne qui a rentrée dans notre chambre. Erreur au niveau de la réception qui aurait attribué par mégarde la chambre à deux personnes. 5 minutes plus tard, le gars de la réception vient cogner à notre porte afin de vérifier notre no de carte. À 6am, le cadran sonne, car il n’a pas été désactivé lors du ménage de la chambre. Pour conclure, on vient pour prendre un q-tip du Vanity kit et on s’aperçoit qu’il avait été utilisé. Mes autres visites étaient impeccables, mais celle-là, c’est un désastre. En aucun moment, une personne de l’hôtel devrait aller cogner à la chambre d’un client qui n’a rien à se reprocher et surtout à minuit dans la nuit. Ça ne se fait pas. L’hôtel doit tout simplement trouver une autre chambre à l’autre client. L’hôtel n’était pas à pleine capacité.

Chambre confortable, manque un peu d’un côté chaleureux selon moi. Le personnel est pas très souriant non plus juste correct. Et le petit déjeuner est très cher pour un buffet, je pourrais payer le même prix et aller à un vrai restaurant brunch. Côté positif : L’endroit est beau et il y a beaucoup de services offert par l’hôtel.
