Lovely budget hotel

The only problem was there are no staff there. We couldn't get the mobile key to work and had to rely on another guest to help us get in touch with the manager. Who was actually very helpful and sorted it out straight away. Budget room but very spacious and comfortable everything you need, you can pick up more towels e.t.c from a table on the ground floor. We were on the top floor and the stairs are very steep (my husband slipped down them) so ask for a lower floor if you have a bad back like me.

Wat hebben wij een paar fijne dagen gehad. 2 volwassenen en 2 kids. We hebben een nette badkamer met ligbad gehad en douch. Kamer was veroudert, maar was voor de prijs echt prima.

Prima, maar sober

Prima voor een overnachting. Vrij sober, maar in orde. Wel erg gehorig, dus afhankelijk van de mede gasten. Kan me goed voorstellen dat er ook veel overlast kan zijn, hadden wij gelukkig geen last van. Deur werkt met je telefoon, heel handig. Goede uitvalsbasis voor allerlei uitstapjes in Scheveningen en Den Haag.

Een echte aanrader, vlakbij het strand!

Ruime kamer, schone, keurige aankleding, ook ruime en heel schone badkamer. Vlakbij het strand (de pier!) en de boulevard van Scheveningen.

Het was een nette kamer. We vonden het alleen jammer dat er niemand was bij de receptie. We konden wel goed binnen komen en alles wees voor zich. Jammer dat je niet kon ontbijten. De kamer zag er schoon en netjes uit.

problème reception

le sejour et la chambre était parfaite par contre en ce qui concerne l'accueil on ne peut avoir accès à la reception que de 14h à 17h, ce qui est vraiment problèmatique car l'obtention des clés est très compliqué, nous n'étions pas les seules. après avoir passé par le service client hotels.com nous avons obtenu un numero et été aidé et le lendemain nous avons également aidé un monsieur se trouvant devant la porte à 22hsans comprendre comment obtenir sa clés. pas top
