Nice, modern, clean room. More like a live-in apartment than just a hotel room, with cook-top, kitchen sink, full fridge/freezer and utensils. Bathroom had a washing machine and tumble-dryer. Impressive! Room also had its own reverse-cycle air conditioner, as opposed to ducted system - so my comfort was assured! Smack bang in the Entrance where all the action is - just metres from the bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff! Well done! Will definitely stay again!

It was a fun weekend getaway. The rooms where me and my family and friends stayed in are spacious. I also like that there is kitchen with all the utensils and cookware that we need.

Good room with great water views. Comfy bed, pretty clean. Had a problem with toilet, wouldn't flush properly...not good.Walking distance to cafes, water and restaurants....definitely be back.

Queen bed is uncomfortable as it is actually 2 singles pushed together they were at different heights so made it much worse, We were in 2 bed loft it is really old, stained carpets stairs creak loud was like they will break, screen doors broken the pictures look nothing like the room they need to update the photos, no extra blankets/sheets or pillows considering housekeeping didn’t come at all the best thing is the location of the place, pool area is nice but gym was closed we were disappointed especially for the amount we paid

It’s so hard to find good customer service. Tasa on reception was so helpful and made our stay a pleasure,we received a bottle of wine and chocolates on our arrival and our room was lovely and clean. We will definitely be coming back again, she is a Star.

Shower over the bath was way to high for elderly had to get my husband to help me out of the shower Had to pay extra $20 for parking and also wifi was not free or thats what it said in their brochure so we refrained from using it as it would have been a very expensive night

The hotel is in need of repair. The pool area has many loose and missing tiles and most chairs were broken. The unit itself was ok, but felt dirty. Marks in the walls, carpet, couch. The tv also wouldn’t turn on after the first day. Telephone wouldn’t call reception either so I had to call using my mobile. The neighbours smoked most of the time we were there which really ruined our ability to enjoy the amazing view. The kitchen was stocked ok, but couldn’t even open a bottle of wine and the fridge was luke warm at best. We didn’t end up cooking either, but having plates and bowls and such was a big help. Really enjoyed having two rooms and the loft was good. The aircon was great too. Laundry in unit was a huge help as we all only had one towel each to use for both showers and pool for the length of our stay. The main bathroom shower head wouldn’t stay up so it made it hard for adults to shower. The car parking was convenient but really tight to get our midsized SUV in and out. Overall we were disappointed with the stay for the money we spent. We won’t return to this hotel.

We found black hairs on the bed, eyelashes in the bathroom and a overall general uncleansiness throughout the apartment. Stains on the pillows and mould forming on the curtains. It left for an unpleasant stay
