Great condo and location

Lovely condo, well appointed and, clean. The beds were comfortable and, made with beautiful linens. The area was very quiet and, close to the village and downtown Collingwood. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Property!!

Great Location, clean and spacious. 3 min walk to the village. Main bedroom (king bed and single) nice and big but open concept so not ideal if u have a small child staying in the room with u. Fantastic stay!

Then Blue Mountain Resort Villa

Location was great and the unit is nice...but... as time went by each day we discovered subpar level of cleanliness from the cleaning service. Garlic smell in refrigerator was eventually identified as garlic smear that we tried to get rid of ourselves. Outside of refrigerator had fingerprints and watermarks from dispenser visible when the sun came shining in, definitely revealing that it had not been cleaned. Crumbs under tables and chairs. Active spiders in corners, right near the dining table. Hand prints on sliding doors. Hair on bathroom floor behind doors and under cabinets. Dust and cobwebs on walls. Air intakes and outtakes plus bathroom fans all had layers of dust on them. Towels were hanging out on balcony furniture. Blood on mattress pad. Lysol wipe can was empty with no other cleaning supplies to reach for. Definitely made you wonder if anything was really cleaned. Hunch was, this was a fast turnaround job between stays leaving and arriving on the same day. Had the place been properly cleaned, this would have been a 5.0 rating, but instead, it is being held to a 2.0.

Close to everything

This is a wonderful vacation home, very accurate with the details, very clean and cozy. It is close to everything, walking distance to Blue Mountain Village, short drive to scenic caves, many beaches not too far away either and very close to Collingwood. Some small grievances that are just very minor. Whoever attended before, did not clean the grill well enough. The TV in the lower bedroom is not actually hooked up to the Bell box, so couldn't change channels which was odd. We couldn't find any buttons on the TV to change the source. The main living room TV has a bit of a delay from controller to TV and not as responsive. I didn't hear it but those who slept in the master bedroom were awakened to the sound of the AC in the middle of the night. Maybe we had the wrong setting. All in all, everyone enjoyed there time and appreciated the attention to detail in this vacation home.

Fantastic stay

Our group(total 6) was really satisfied with staying this proprty. 2 or 3 minutes to walk in blue mountain village. Nice and clean preperty. Also enjoyed private sauna. We will definitely cone back here soon

Great location Great size and very open! Kitchen was great with lots of kitchen equipment available! Beds were super comfortable! Had to ask for extra blankets as we couldn’t find any! We received them in time for our second night! Bathrooms were fabulous! There were no instructions for fireplace or thermostat but we ended up figuring it out! Overall, I would recommend this place to others!
