The house is located in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes walk from the town center, has a kitchen / living room with fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with single beds that can be adapted to a double bed if necessary, and a bathroom, with, linen included. Outside a large and colorful garden with barbecue, where you can eat and relax. The nearest beach is only 4 km away. Teulada is the ideal place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The coast is still wild in May and June you will find few people on the beach. There are so many beautiful places to see on the south west coast.

We absolutely loved this place! The hosts were very kind, lovely, and welcoming. They left us milk, juice, bread for us upon check-in. Place was immaculate, and showed better than the pictures. Perfect for our family. Kids loved the two tortoises hosts had in their garden:)

Wunderschönes Apartment, ruhige Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber. Der Ortskern von Teulada ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die wunderschönen Strände sind nur eine kurze Fahrstrecke entfernt. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder!

Séjour impeccable, les hôtes étaient très gentille, disponible en cas de besoin. Malgré que nous ne parlions pas du tout italien la communication à été parfaite. Maison confortable et bien équipée : chambres très spacieuses, bel espace extérieur.Le seul bémol est la situation : Teulada n est vraiment pas très animé et il n'y a pas d autre ville alentour, donc très bien pour accepter aux plages ou se promener dans la nature.

Roberta et son mari sont très accueillants et vraiment gentils malgré la barrière de la langue. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé, fonctionnel. La ville de Teulada manque d’animation, de commerces, mais est bien située pour découvrir le sud de la Sardaigne. Très belles vacances en famille!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, maison au calme, propreté irréprochable. Si vous recherchez une maison au calme, vous êtes au bon endroit Teulada est une petite ville loin des grands pôles touristiques néanmoins vous y trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut. A noter les parkings des plus belles plages de sable fin sont tous payant (10€) le tarif est réduit à 3€ sur simple présentation de votre réservation à l'office du tourisme... Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse... Anthony

Gioiosa esperienza!

Accoglienza di una famiglia fantastica che non dimenticheremo e che abbiamo fatto una bellissima esperienza. Sono persone molto gentili, premurosi, ma molto discreti. Appartamento comodo, spazioso, accogliente, accessoriato di tutto e pulitissimo. Eravamo in 2 coppie e ognuno di noi una bellissima grande stanza da letto. La casa ha una bellissima terrazza con giardino davanti dove la mattina potevamo fare colazione fuori 🙂 Ricorderemo con tanto affetto il signor Vincenzo, sua moglie Rina e la figlia Roberta, e quando saremo nei dintorni, passeremo a salutarvi! ❤️

Logement idéal au calme à proximité des plages

Maison spacieuse, très confortable et d'une propreté exemplaire. Le logement est situé à proximité des plus belles plages de Sardaigne mais aussi des principaux commerces et restaurants. Il est au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison et on profite du beau jardin de Vincenzo et de la belle terrasse. L'accueil de Rina et Vincenzo est remarquable, après la visite de la maison avec Rina, nous avons trouvé une corbeille garnie de fruits,des biscuits, jus de fruits et autres bonnes surprises pour souhaiter la bienvenue. La discrétion, la gentillesse de nos hôtes nous ont ravi pendant ce séjour ( ainsi que les produits du jardin de Vincenzo) Nous pensons retourner très prochainement à Teulada mais surtout chez Roberta, Rina et Vincenzo..

Nous avons séjourné dans une très belle maison. Tout était parfait! Des notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis avec visite de la propriété, hotes très attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour. Propreté irréprochable, maison spacieuse et très confortable. Proche des plus belles plages! Que du bonheur! Tres bien situé dans un village agréable avec plusieurs restaurants et supérettes. Merci à Rina, Vicenzo et leur famille. Belle expérience à Teulada

Appartement tout confort, idéal pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Le centre ville est facile d'acces à pieds. Nos hôtes très gentils, toujours disponibles et dicrets. Nous recommandons vivement cette location située dans une ville peu touristique et très vivante d'animations locales, occasion unique de se fondre dans la Sardaigne rurale et authentique. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Es war klasse das bei Ankunft Wasser, Milch, Bier und Obst im Kühlschrank war und Kaffee und Tee da war. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden ebenso wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Très belle région de Sardaigne. Pour ceux qui fuient la foule et qui aiment la nature !

Un accueil chaleureux, des propriétaires aux petits soins qui se font très discrets. Le logement est très fonctionnel, propre, et au calme. Très bien situé, tout est à quelques pas, et en voiture on est très rapidement sur de magnifiques plages raisonnablement fréquentées. Chia un peu plus loin n’est pas très grande mais reste notre préférée. Ne pas avoir peur de faire quelques bornes pour se rendre dans des lieux magiques comme le parc Gesturi où l’on rencontre des chevaux sauvages sans parler du village de Tuili que l’on traverse pour s’y rendre, un petit joyau Sard. Aussi la Costa Verde qu’il ne faut surtout pas manquer. Après avoir fait le golf d’Orosei l’année dernière que nous avons adoré le Sud Ouest est sans hésiter notre destination préférée. Pour ceux qui aiment la foule, qui ne veulent pas bouger, qui recherchent le confort d’une grosse station balnéaire genre côte d’azur En France à éviter et plutôt se rendre à Budoni par exemple. La région de Teulada est plus sauvage, plus en retrait, moins touristique nous avons pu nous imprégner d’avantage de la vie, du quotidien et des coutumes Sardes. Les gens sont gentils, même les grands-mères Sardes dans leurs habits traditionnels que l’on croise dans les ruelles et qui ont cet air si dur si sévère qui exprime presque un dégoût pour « l’Etranger » finissent par esquisser un sourire qui en dit long après t’avoir croisé pour la 2e fois. En couple avec 2 enfants de 8 et 10 ans nous avons passé un séjour de 2 semaines idyllique nous rentrons le cœur serré avec de merveilleux souvenirs et le seul regret de ne pas être resté une semaine de plus.

Mooi onderhouden ruime vakantie woning

Wij hebben een leuke tijd beleefd op Sardinië vanuit deze op en top uitgeruste vakantiewoning. Het kleine schaduwrijke tuintje is een leuk plekje om tot rust te komen. In het dorp vind je op 15 min lopen lekkere restaurantjes als je geen gebruik wil maken van de volledig uitgeruste keuken of grote bbq. Lieve gastvrouw die de ijskast reeds had voorzien van water, melk en fruitsap en ook een pak koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden in de keuken voor ons had staan.
