TrÚs bel hÎtel mais service affreux à la réception

TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel. Belle vue. Les chambres sont confortables. Par contre, notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© gĂąchĂ© par la rĂ©ceptionniste car elle a Ă©tĂ© vraiment dĂ©sagrĂ©able le lendemain de notre arrivĂ©e. Nous cherchions un moyen pour descendre au bourg car toutes les navettes Ă©taient pleines (elle nous a mal renseignĂ© la veille sur le fonctionnent ) et les taxis ne travaillaient pas cette journĂ©e lĂ . Elle nous a regardĂ© galĂ©rer pendant plus de deux heures Ă  trouver une solution pour aller en ville (nous aurions pu rester Ă  l’hĂŽtel mais le restaurant Ă©tait fermĂ© donc rien Ă  manger) et elle a finalement dĂ©cidĂ© de nous aider ! Ce qu’elle aurait pu faire dĂšs le dĂ©but. Pour nous c’est fini l’hĂŽtel bois joli. C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir un service aussi dĂ©plorable pour un si bel Ă©tablissement. Par contre le chauffeur de la navette de nuit a Ă©tĂ© notre coup de cƓur du sĂ©jour ! Merci Florian ! Heureusement que tu Ă©tais lĂ .

Need more frequent shuttle service to and from the town. Front desk staff need to consistent about information provided to guests. Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Considering this is a French island, the dinner was extremely disappointing. Either a new chef should be hired or they just need to overhaul the menu.

Beautiful but useless, stressful, and frustrating.

Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle does not operate in evening though you could try to pay extra for one. Most of the information I received from the staff was completely unreliable. We really felt like we were on our own in figuring everything out although it’s beautiful, we would not stay there again, most likely, and would not recommend it.

Personnel sympathique et avenant. Le wifi dans la chambre non fonctionnel malgrĂ© un avis au front desk de la situation. Manque de savon dans les distributeurs des toilettes prĂšs de la piscine. Point positif la chambre nous a Ă©tĂ© surclassĂ© quand la prĂ©posĂ©e a constatĂ© que ma conjointe se dĂ©plaçait avec une cane et nous les remercions pour ce geste grandement apprĂ©ciĂ©. L’hĂŽtel est propre et bien entretenu. Le resto est lui aussi trĂšs sympathique, propre bien tenu.

Emplacement trĂšs bien. Navettes limitĂ©es et chĂšres 5€/trajet/adulte pour manger ailleurs que restaurant le soir. Nombreuses fourmies entre minibar et meuble en bois sous TV. J'ai du boucher avec du papier et les tuer le 1er jour pour ĂȘtre tranquille. Petit-dĂ©jeuner moyen, manque de produits et qualitĂ© moyenne. Service bar et restaurant Ă  revoir complĂštement, pas digne d'un restaurant aussi bien placĂ©.. (mention spĂ©ciale Ă  la femme en tablier gris qui semblait ĂȘtre la seule a connaĂźtre comment doit fonctionner un bar-restaurant digne de ce nom). Cordialement

Chambre Lune de miel propose une vue mer exceptionnelle. Literie confortable. Pas de fer Ă  repasser dans la chambre. RĂ©ception fermĂ©e en dĂ©but de soirĂ©e. Cadre en bord de mer, bien ventilĂ©. Parking pour garer scooter. Navette bien utile pour se rendre au village.
