Comfortable 90-square-meter apartment (sleeps 6) on the top floor (with elevator) overlooking the sea, with a fully equipped beach 50 meters away, a panoramic view from the Temple of Jupiter overlooking the sea, all kinds of shops 200 meters away, and the city center within walking distance. The apartment includes: an entryway, a dining room with a kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a balcony with a sea view suitable for relaxing, and parking in the garage located in the same building. During July and August, rentals are for a minimum of 14 nights and are available in two-week blocks: from the 1st to the 15th and from the 15th to the 31st. Bed linens and towels are provided upon request.
