Dommage car le cadre est vraiment sympa.
Il y aurait peu de chose materiel à changer pour améliorer le confort des clients.

Dreckig. Abgewohnt - bloß nicht. Die Fotos verschönern die Situation und zeigen nicht die Realität
Das Haus ist dreckig und abgewohnt - und das obwohl man eine gesonderte Reinigungspauschale zahlen muss.
Verwesungsgeruch wenn man die Küchenschränke öffnet.
Schmutziges Geschirr bei Ankunft im Schrank.
Küche völlig unzureichend ausgestattet (bspw. sind keine Küchenmesser, Kartoffelschäler, Topfdeckel o.ä. vorhanden) .
Bad / Dusche renovierungsbedürftig und schmutzig; Duschkabine schließt nicht rictig so dass sich das Wasser im Bad verteilt. Keine Handtuchhalter.
Haustür nicht absperrbar.
Anfangs kein Strom, kein Wasser, Kein warmes Wasser.
WIFI war langsam und nicht stabil; draußen arbeiten unmöglich da kein Empfang.
Regelmäßiger Lärm von den umliegenden Hauptstraßen zu hören. Vor dem Haus sehen die Mülltonnen, die je nach Wind zu Geruchsbelästigungen führt.
Katzen kommen Nachts durch geöffnete Fenster.
Das Haus wird von einem Verwalter betreut - die Eigentümer die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen sprechen nur spanisch. Die Eigentümer sind im Falle von Problemen nicht zuständig. Der Verwalter kümmert sich aber auch um nichts; und verweist auf die Eigentümer. Der Verwalter hat den Auszieh-/ Umziehwunsch kategorisch abgelehnt.
