Beautiful position and grounds. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms well appointed, beds comfortable. Loved our stay. Only difficulty was the disabled access, the wood plank paths in hotel and surrounding cobbled streets were hard for elderly mother to negotiate

The property is lovely. My only complaint is the restaurant. Wait staff is not properly trained. Food tries to be high end Mexican and fails miserably. Most of what I ate was not good. There were a few exceptions.
