Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was very unique with lots of personality. Hotel was clean and didn’t stink in the bathrooms etc. Parking was very good. Located in nice village like area. Plenty of hot shower water. Pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was good compared to most but could still improve: (1) the fruit bowl did not seem fresh - it seemed canned or old (2) the breads did not seem fresh (3) limited selection of coffee/tea (4) milk for cereal was not very cold- needs to be chilled in ice or something or stored in a small cold fridge. Also it was a bit noisy at times as if any neighbor made noise it was easily heard thru the walls-we heard a baby crying at 6am which woke us up and kept going for an hour and a half same other kids banged on the floor repeatedly at 640-730am. There should be more insulation in the walls

Nice and quiet

The hotel was very clean. The staff w vey friendly and helpful. It is located in the middle of the village but it was very quiet. It was very nice to wake up to the sound of nature

Great Family Stay

This was an excellent hotel for our weekend stay. We did the deluxe family room, which gave us a little more room for our family of four plus a dog. The bathroom was a little tight, but the use of space in the sink area was well purposed. We enjoyed the free parking and the breakfast being included. We will be happy to suggest others to stay here. We were especially in awe of the wood workings throughout the building…they are beautiful and elegant.
The downstairs restroom is very well kept and elegant.

Very friendly hotel service!

I booked at the last minute and arrived at 21:45. Even this late I was very well received. I asked to have a dinner and they kept the kitchen open for me with full menu choice. Vegetarian and traditional dishes available. Very nice and friendly staff! Would warmly recommend.

No proper reception and information. No one to contact to ask questions. No taxi numbers. No information about breakfast time etc. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere with no contact or information. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. My advice, don't ever stay at this hotel unless you wish to be a recluse.

A family hotel near Europa Park

We have booked a family room without ac. It's a room for 3 persons and they added a thourth bed. It's under the roof without lift so you have to take your luggage in the stairs. The design of the room is old but clean but the breakfast is very complete with different dishes. It's not far from Europa Park, it's why we have chosen this hotel.
