St Mary's Seaview is accessed on foot from both St Mary's Street and Cresswell Street and by car from Cresswell Street into a secure underground car park. From the car park there are external stairs to the front door on the second floor from where the apartment opens into a welcoming hallway leading to the bright and airy accommodation.

A set of patio doors leads out to the private balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh sea air, with sea views towards Caldey Island.
