Stayed in this lovely home away from home for five nights.

Stayed in this lovely home away from home for five nights. Well presented and clean throughout. The host provided lots of helpful local information and were available as and when any issues arose. The only downside is that it can get a little noisy with car sounds during busy periods but honestly you get used to it after the first night. We would have stayed an extra 5 nights if we could have!

Lovely area

There is much to do in this area and we really enjoyed the countryside and were able to quickly access a lovely side road for strolls. The owners were very friendly and welcomed us with fresh cut flowers from their garden and a box of shortbread.

We found this listed barn conversion a delight to stay in.

It had so much charm with its thick stone walls, split stable doors, large exposed beams and it even had a little creak in the floor boards up stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the home was very comfortable. We found so much to do around the area with ironic villages, beautiful and varied rambling hikes. Our host were very friendly and gave some great local information. Thank you again.

Fives Court is a fantastic place to stay and is steeped in character and history. The lovely owners - Mr and Mrs Martin - ensure that everything is provided and are wonderful hosts. We especially enjoyed the wood burner on these chilly October evenings! Fives Court is in a great location with plenty of attractions nearby. There is also a supermarket with a café a couple of miles away which we found incredibly handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fives Court and would not hesitate to stay again

A cozy place home from home.

The history and character of the “Fives Court Cottage” the location of the property (everything and everywhere just 20-30 mins away) and the very kind owners right there, if you needed anything! PET FRIENDLY … absolute essential for us! We found really everything we could possibly want for the short stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. The lounge really cosy with its log burner and our beds were very comfy. We are looking forward to going back there in the near future. Proximity and traffic noise from a busy road.

Typical cottage, very pleasant.

Well equipped for cooking, super comfortable beds. Walks nearby and from the cottage, tourist information of all types (walks and hikes information, slow tourism book, commercial brochures, etc.). Very complete equipment to accommodate a baby. There is a busy road just behind the cottage. The noise didn't bother us, but you have to be careful with your dog. The house is quite dark.

A relaxing peaceful short break in Somerset

We had a wonderful time at this property. The cosy and comfortable cottage was an ideal respite from busy city life. All of the living areas were nicely furnished and very condusive to relaxing, watching TV or reading. The combined kitchen and dining room provided more than enough space to cook and eat together. Our hosts were friendly but not intrusive. The local countryside, places of interest, pubs and restaurants provided many interesting and enjoyable times spent away from the cottage. We would definitely stay here again. The parking space was difficulty to maneouvre in and out of, but this was a small issue and did not impact on the enjoyment of our stay at all. It just made my father anxious as my car was only a couple of months old!

Very friendly owners. Relaxing cottage Don’t send a text on the morning the customer is leaving, reminding them to leave the cottage clean and to leave on time, threatening to take the security deposit. It left me with a bad feel about your company. I wouldn’t necessarily book with you again. Surely you would prefer repeat bookings even if there is the odd person leaving late.

Lovely cottage, in a beautiful part of Somerset. Our family and dog enjoyed an extended stay at the Fives cottage. We enjoyed the many quiet walks in the surrounding area . The cottage has everything you need, beautiful clean and super comfy beds. Highly recommend.
