  The cleaning supplement will be charged as an additional cost on top of the total amount shown on the booking.The newly renovated flat is located on the top floor of a 2-storey house, right by the harbour and the beach. It consists of 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, living / dining room with balcony, sofa-bed. TV with satellite channels, wifi, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washing machine and bathroom with shower. In addition, the flat is equipped with a reverse osmosis system, which means that you have drinking water directly from the tap. A perfect choice if you are looking for the quiet and charming atmosphere that some of the small fishing villages in Lanzarote still offer. The white and green houses, the unpaved streets and the proximity to the sea are some of the reasons to visit this unique enclave on the coast of Lanzarote. Wake up and head straight to Famara beach, which is just a short walk away. Enjoy a nice barefoot walk at low tide or even slide down the dunes! You can also paddle or surf or just do some yoga. Cycling is also good in the immediate vicinity. Our accommodation is in the small fishing village of Caleta de Famara, right on the harbour (with only a few small fishing boats) and close to most restaurants. Parking is no problem, by the way. The famous beach of Famara with its 3 km long beach and the steep coast in the background is only 500 m away. It is also an excellent starting point for the obligatory visits to the various sights our island has to offer. The Jameos del Agua, Timanfaya National Park, The César Manrique Foundation, the Mirador del Río, La Géria and its wine cellars, etc.
