Fantastic location right next to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the main strip in Costa Teguise. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a short distance away. The property was clean, tidy, and had plenty of space. Having parking on the property was great since we had a hire car, though it was a bit tight turning into the driveway. The keyless entry on the app works well, but we would have liked a physical key for the property too—not really a major issue, though. Highly recommend, and we will be booking again for next year!

excellent villa

We liked everything about the villa. Location, also the access to amenities close by. You also have the peace and quietness of the surroundings, We love the villa and the area and hope to be back in 2026 (We have visited Casa Maresia twice the year already! The new entry system works really and makes one's holiday go smoothly! It would be really helpful to have a key for the door on the main parking gate as my sister-in-law does not possess a smart phone so therefore she could not go out independently of my self and my wife.
