It is located in a key geographical point, right in the center of the island. Ideal for spending a few days disconnecting and visiting the main areas of interest and the best beaches of Lanzarote, located just a few minutes away.
Our apartment has everything you need: it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living-dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary cooking utensils.
In the house you will have a hair dryer and everything you need to wash your clothes in a specific area, towels, sheets, as well as Smart TV and WIFI. Satellite receiver with more than 200 television channels in English, German and French.
As the weather is always good, you can also relax in a spectacular pool, enjoy a huge solarium to sunbathe or have a barbecue.
Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.
VACATION HOUSING
The nightly rest of the neighbors must be respected. It is mandatory to control the emission of sounds after 10:00 p.m.
Loss of keys will incur a surcharge of €50.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace of the house.
