Great apartment and location

The place was well equipped and very clean. It is in a great location to access local beaches. The grocery store nearby is very handy. The owner is so very nice and accommodating. Loved the deck for morning coffee and evening wine. Suggestion is to have some beach towels as tourists normally do not travel with them. Great stay, highly recommend

Ideal for single or couple

Good location, near supermarket and 20 minutes to Tavira centre on foot. Top floor apartment so if you don’t like heights the balcony could be a problem.

Just back from a week in Filintos lovely apartment every thing was just perfect super clean and modern a wonderful place to relax with Taviras restaurants and bars within easy reach have visited Tavira twice before but this was by far the best place we have stayed in hope to go back again soon Charles Jackie and Katy thank you Filinto for sharing your lovely home with us

The apartment is located out of Tavira, good 25 minutes walk to downtown. When you have car , easy to find parking, although we were in off season. The apartment it self is very well appointed with all amenities, regular old fashioned coffee maker and expresso machine. Super clean

One of the most well-appointed apartments we have been in. Everything you needed.

The apartment is a 25 minute walk from the centre of Tavira (we timed it one evening!). But that is the single drawback if I had to mention any - plus a very busy roundabout just at the complex entrance but once you learn how to manoeuvre that and take the little back access road behind the shopping complex (not the busier road with the rail overpass) then it was no bother. In any case a taxi back was only €5 and once we got to town we rarely came back until evening time. The guys in the complex reception called all taxis we needed. The complex has a good supermarket at the entrance and a good bar/cafeteria where we ate at least one evening. We never got to try the restaurant as we had so much to do but it looked great as did the food.The guy who owns the apartment was a lovely man and couldn't do enough for us - as is the case with any Portuguese we met. Apartment is on the fourth floor but there are lifts just as you come in so we never took the stairs.We were leaving by taxi at 7:30 am at the end of our stay and he was there to sort everything out with us at 7:00 am. Lots to do in Tavira - nice restaurants, charming streets and good bars.We would come back here again and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely apartment with great view

Lovely one bedroom apartment just outside Tavira. The balcony is small, but with a fantastic view over the river and Ilha de Tavira to the sea. It has a great pool area with plenty of sun beds. There is a supermarket, nice bar and restaurant all within 2 minutes walk. Tavira town is a good 25 minute walk which was fine as the weather was good and worth it as the town is very pretty with a great choice of restaurants. The ferry trip to Ilha de Tavira is also a must for 2 Euro return. We would definitely use the apartment again if we go back to Tavira.

Clean well equipped apartment and friendly owner

Property was mostly redecorated bathroom was very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Apartment block was OK with lifts and stairs. Nearby cocktail bar was perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Supermarket just across the road too. Location to main centre is a good 15 to 20 minute walk but worth it. A traditional Portuguese town with lots of bars and cafes and restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend the apartment and tavira to friends and family. It's only a 4 instead of a 5 because of the walk into town bit if you have a car or don't mind taxis it's not a problem at all
