Our lovely fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath Cottage 22 is a freshly remodeled vacation rental cottage at Dora Canal Court in Tavares, Florida.

Enjoy being steps away from the famous Dora Canal and walking distance to downtown Tavares. Relax with some boating, fishing, seaplanes, sunshine and more! Lots of waterfront restaurants and always fun events going on around town. Located in Central Florida next to Mt Dora and about 45 min north of Orlando. Tavares is known as America’s Seaplane City.

Assigned parking per cottage with boat parking availability. Seawall for overnight boat docking also available. Private community fish cleaning station by canal. Private community laundromat and gathering areas.

We are a family owned and operated waterfront community with 13 residential mobile home lots mixed in with 8 vacation rental cottages.

Quaint, Fresh & Clean

My wife and I came for a weekend in Tavares.This accommodation was pretty near perfect for our needs.Really liked being able to make a ten minute walk to the lakefront parks & restaurants.We also enjoyed just sitting just outside the cottage in the shade of the Spanish Moss dapped oak trees and watching the boats on the canal.A truly enjoyable weekend for us.Hope to come back again.
