Outside safely fenced space for the kids, and plenty of room inside for the whole family to relax and enjoy.
This newly built home is the perfect spot the whole family to relax and unwind. With a Ping Pong table for those more competitive guests, and just quick drive to the new local shopping centre to pick up whatever you need to cook the perfect meal.

We do kindly ask that there be NO parking on lawns, to avoid damaging the irrigation system, thank you.

- A 10-minute walk to the lake (700m), 3 minutes to Woolworths supermarket (350m), café, and shops.
- Two Mile Bay Sailing Club – walkable and only 3 minutes by car. Outdoor dining, great pizzas, and a beach 🏖️.
- The Landing Entertainment Park – a 3-minute drive. Enjoy tenpin bowling, trampoline park, ninja course, mini putt, eateries, and more.
- Taupo town center for shopping and food – an 8-minute drive.
