Please supervise children at all times. Although fully fenced, Noble Retreat is near the fast-flowing Waikato River (private property, no guest access) and a shared driveway with fast-moving cars. Please do not use the fireplace. The house is double glazed and equipped with a heat pump for your comfort. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
