My coffee house, upper floor with stairs
My space is a kitnet, with approximately 55sqm, located in the interior of SP. To enter a spacious staircase with decorative lighting, wide corridor, decoration with pergola, window with flower box, bold colors and a hall with wooden deck that makes the entrance a charm, the space is cozy and large with small kitchen, living room, space for office, closet and bathroom and a large balcony. I am an architect and decorated with all the affection so that my guests feel in a magical place.
Centrally located, 44km from Campos do Jordão, 90km North Coast Ubatuba, 315km Rio de Janeiro, 2km area of busy day and night bars, close to supermarkets, bakeries, shopping, etc ..
