From the moment I arrived Sandy made me feel so welcome. The check-in process was as absolute breeze and very friendly. I stayed in Room 11 the bed was so comfortable, WiFi was a breeze, air con worked, had a lounge, work desk, a nice little mini kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk & biscuits. The bathroom has been upgraded and the shower was good. The facility has a laundry for a small fee, pool & BBQ and is across the road from the river with easy walking access to a club and coffee shop. I recommend this place well worth the stay.

North Haven is a great spot and Haven Waters was perfect for my meeting at the Club just next door. The staff were also great upon check-in which is a relief after a long day.

We were pleasantly surprised at this property - so lovely & beautiful gardens. The room was fresh & clean, comfy bed, good hot shower & I especially noticed the little detail of having a grey washer for makeup! Once being a cleaner myself, I know how bad some women leave these after cleaning makeup off their face. Even after cleansing sometimes you still have residue and it gets all over the white washer (some even just wipe it on their bath towel). There were even 2 more blue washers in the drawer with 2 cleansing wipes. Well done Richard & Sandy! We plan to return in future.

Needed a place for three adults and the one bedroom apartment suited us. The sofa bed was really comfortable and if you wanted to stay a couple of nights, it would be fine with basic kitchen and bathroom facilities. Exhaust fam wasnt working in the bathroom so left the window wide open but left everything damp in there. Apart from that, would stay again and recommend. Cafe 20 steps along the roadway served breakfast and easy lunch with the footpath along the river across the road. Orher North Haven shops are a 2 minute drive. Didnt go to the Bowling club which was walking distance as well.

A beautiful riverside location that meets the ocean a short distance away. We had breakfast at the Surf Club and it was just gorgeous. Perfect place for kids and grandkids. Plenty of food options either a short walk or drive to. Enjoy it before it turns into the next Entrance/Byron/Noosa.
