Easy check-in. Really appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to fix our shower that wasn’t draining. Please pass on our thanks to the team. Dining options not great and it was a bit noisy. Coffee cups were stained.

I’ve stayed at Ibis a few times now and have always had a pleasant stay hence why I keep coming back, however this time I unfortunately was put in a much older looking room and my wifi was terrible, not great when you’re there on a business trip. There was also a very strong scent in the room, hard to put your finger on what it smells like, but like a superficial cleaning supply/ air freshener. I’m not one to complain and it wasn’t THAT BAD however it has left me wondering if I should look elsewhere next time.

Good size room (standard twin) refurbished recently-ish, looking modern. Beds comfortable enough but pillows too hard for my liking. Thankful for the aircon on the hottest weekend all summer. Bathroom is in need of renovation. Clean and functional but time warp to the 1960’s. Buffet breakfast was ok but an espresso coffee could be included and appreciated considering the price of the buffet. The hot food was average and reminiscent of school camps. Pool looked a little murky and not clean so did not use it. Other people did though and looked to be enjoying it. Stayed here as had heard a good review about it but they had stayed in a renovated room with new bathroom. Not sure I would stay again and definitely wouldn’t pay rack rate for it.
