The Space:
Since this is our family's special vacation home that we visit throughout the year, we have thought of the very best personal touches and details to make each stay welcoming and memorable. We do our best to keep this home incredibly clean and want to ensure every guest has a 5 Star experience. While staying at our home, you will also have access to creature comforts such as Starbucks or Dunkin' coffee, 5 Roku TV's, Netflix and high speed Wi-Fi.

This single-story, fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath charming original 1950's Davis Islands bungalow is located in a quiet and high end neighborhood and has a in-ground pool that invites you to relax without ever having to leave. Take advantage of the Florida weather poolside and watch the small planes above, or head inside to unwind.

Want to venture out? Explore the island and all it has to offer with just about everything you could want within walking distance. Or, hit some of the best downtown Tampa hot spots. Surrounded by water, Tampa's best beaches are only 30 miles away. Tampa also makes for a great golf trip destination! Disney, Busch Gardens and Universal make for memorable day trips!

You will have access to the entire house and its amenities, which comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note the is the max occupancy for the home at all times

Guest Access:
You will be tucked away on a quiet street, within walking distance from all that Davis Islands has to offer! We recommend using our exclusive discount code to rent a golf cart at DI Electric Vehicles, or rent Scooters to explore this inspiring island. We offer two complimentary cruiser bikes for you to enjoy during your stay. Out of respect for our neighbors, you may park up to one car in the driveway during your visit (please do not park in the street or block the sidewalk).

Other Things to Note:
There is a refundable security deposit and damage waiver required prior to arrival. Please review the House Rules prior to booking. All guests must be in compliance of House Rules at all times or the security deposit will be forfeited.
