The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool and court yard was super nice and relaxing! Has a large chest game and corn hole. Breakfast wasnt the best. Breakfast is 7-9, we went at 8:45 and the breakfast attendent was cleaning up and there wasnt much to pick from. When i asked for a cream cheese. She said no, breakfast was done. Also, it would be nice to get hotel key readers on the side doors but i guess it makes it safer that you have to go throught the lobby. But over all the stay was nice and we will be staying again.

Staff was friendly and efficient, checking in took less than 5 minutes. Hotel is clean and open with a gym and family friendly pool are with fun activities like corn hole and lawn chess. Close to Bush Gardens and many dining options that was a quick Uber ride.

Surprisingly roomy room, separate seating area from the bedroom. Looks to have been recently remodeled. Only real issue were the sheets on the bed. While they were relatively soft, laying on them or under them immediately resulted in sweating. Made for a little rough sleep.

The property is nice and has plenty of potential. Housekeeping could do a MUCH better job. The ice machines need to be cleaned as the ice dispenses with chips of black “something.” Overall, the start was okay.

I checked in a bit later due to coming out of work and gathering my kids to head to the hotel. Upon arriving first thing I want to do is shower and relax. Getting in the shower concerned me because my children were showering there and it was full of the previous guest hairs. I’m glad I always bring cleaning supplies to do a pre-clean but still it upset me especially arriving tired. I did mention it to the front desk and they wanted to switch me rooms. But I was not risking another shower after the cleaning my recent one. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice suites!! Very clean. Convenient to Busch Gardens (4 mins away). The pool and play area are very nice!! Market had drinks and snacks very reasonably priced!! The hot breakfast was very good!! We would definitely stay here again!!

I It can certainly be a staycation if one chose to getaway without an itinerary. Food of every culture is literally up the street or around the corner, which is a plus. The pool and game area is perfectly placed. The only issue I had was that half of our hotel room outlets did not work, but we managed.Aside from that, this is a good hotel to book for a getaway.

When I was eating, the boiled eggs were spoiled and I discovered that when I took the first bite. I informed the reception and the rest of the eggs were removed from the buffet and I put my phone number to contact me for reassurance or to explain why this negligence, but no one contacted me, even though I told them that I was traveling and that this matter might cause me intestinal distress or something similar during my travel, but they did not contact me
