Staff has been great and very accommodating at all times. Area shuttle to Busch Gardens is very convenient. Breakfast is good as well with healthy options.

Our family stayed for 4 nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Tampa near Busch Gardens. The amenities were ok. The staff at the frint desk were friendly and knowledgeable. We ate breakfast every morning. Most of the options were cold (omelets and sausage patties). However, it saved is from purchasing breakfast every morning. Additionally, our room was clean, but we struggled with the amount of studfiness we were experiencing in the room. We had to keep running the AC to combat it but it was below 50 degrees every night we were there! The only great thing about our experience was the shuttle to Busch Gardens. The drivers were very friendly and efficient. We went two days in a row, one of them being on New Years eve. We left the park around 12:30am and our drive Rick was quick to respond and picked us up. Overall, the experience was ok. Something really needs to be done about the air quality in the rooms and the overall breakfast options.

The hotel was above our expectations. Rooms sparkling clean, great friendly staff and the shuttle service was a plus with a friendly and fun driver. The breakfast was great with an amazing variety. From now this week be our preferred hotel at bush gardens and recommended 100%

The ladies at front desk both days were so nice and friendly. Rooms were great but carpet was dirty and had stains. They need to deep clean carpets every now and then. Breakfast was decent. Close to Bush Gardens park. Will stay again if we come back to Tampa

The receptionist that checked us in is fantastic she is so personable and pleasant to work with. Also the receptionist that was there later that night was very nice when I was making purchases. It makes a stay special when you have workers that makes you feel special working there.
