Extremely disappointed. This room cost $281 for one night. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and moisture from showers covered everything. Already signs of the wallpaper starting to loosen from the wall and I believe this hotel is only recently built. Can’t close the curtains to block out the light around the room darkening shades. No adjustment on the AC vent to keep the air from blowing directly on the bed. Iron but not ironing board. And only 2 coffee packets for 3 people that only contained one sugar and one sweetener packet for the coffee. For $281 no continental breakfast. If you want the buffet it was another $16 plus tax adding another $48 to the total cost. Website and room provides no information on the “grille” hours or breakfast hours. 3 of the 4 doors couldn’t be used from the parking lot with the room key to enter. Could have stayed at a Days Inn for far less and had a better experience. This stay has reminded me why I stopped using Hilton. Staff were friendly but the bar and “grille” which is a very loose term for the one page menu offered in the lobby area was poorly attended to the point 2 guests went behind the bar and got drinks and walked away because they waited for the bar tender and decided just to take something and leave.
