During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. This includes the private dock, custom beach, hot tub, fire pits, kayaks, and all living spaces.

Optional Add-On Packages: We offer a variety of curated experiences and enhancements to elevate your stay. These optional add-ons can be arranged after booking:

• Luxury Welcome Package – $185; includes a floral bouquet, Ferrero Rocher chocolates, and a bottle of Prosecco (21+) or sparkling cider.

• Jet Ski Rental – $225/day (2-day minimum); private rental from our dock with full-day use. Waivers and safety video required.

• Private Lakeside Hibachi Dining – $95/adult, $55/child, $800 minimum; live chef prepares a full hibachi meal with fire tricks and full setup.

• Balloon Celebration Package – $250; includes ceiling balloons, balloon décor on the bed and headboard, and a custom event banner — perfect for birthdays, honeymoons, graduations, and more.

• Fireside S’mores Package – $135; includes ingredients for 16 guests and all firewood for the perfect lakeside bonfire night.
