The building management itself was good but the third party that rents the units which is Carneiros Temporada are terrible. Firstly, the check-in process was really bad and specially if you don’t speak Portugues. They only provide 1 towel and no extra sheets or anything for the whole time in our case, we were staying for more than a week. There is a AC right over the bed so your freezing when its on and need to turn it off every 10 mins. They had no soap or anything for the shower, the bed is a plastic mattress and its horrible to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. Tried contacting the management company to ask for extra sheets and they responded by saying they’re busy !

The apartments are spacious and clean. The pool area looked very nice and the bbq seems to be working. The beds are unfortunately not equipped with a real mattress but a very thin replacement; which feels like sleeping on a park bench. It’s actually a fake bed. We asked for a proper mattress but it was refused. The sink is outside the bathroom. The location is safe but dodgy at best. And there is literally nothing around other than unfinished buildings and unpaved roads. Entering the apartment is a very tough procedure as there are two doors with separate speakers. Each requires authentication. Feels like entering „Fort Knox“. Be ready to say your name and passport details over and over again. Guests have to check in online and via WhatsApp. After handing over your contact details you will receive numerous messages on the rules. And there are many rules… They will also keep asking you „if you need any assistance“. Just don’t ask for a blanket (it’s 100$) or a mattress (of course). Overall a very uncomfortable experience.

Ótimo!

Flat super arrumadinho, exatamente como nas fotos, limpo e tranquilo. Quando falamos com a imobiliária fomos respondidos sempre, Amei! A única preocupação foi o carro, pois o estacionamento fica do lado de fora do prédio, como a região é bem deserta ficamos preocupados.
