All the staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was also very easy ( thank you Samantha ), the food in the restaurant was extremally good and recommended, the rooms was very well maintained and clean and very close to the xmas market and other attractions. Excellent stay at Nunne Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a great location with only a short walk to the main square and other things to see. The staff are very friendly and professional and the room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed the only thing I didn’t like was the pillows but that’s personal preference. The breakfast was delicious and I overall I had a perfect stay in a beautiful city.

A welcome respite after different lodging every night for 5 nights! So clean, so comfortable, so welcoming. Great boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring the town. The spa, whilst small, was a lovely feature of the hotel, very relaxing with 3 separate heat rooms plus a jacuzzi pool. The staff were attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and told us all we needed to know. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great renge of food and even supplied me with freshly warmed gluten free bread every morning. The room was small but perfectly formed. It was spotless and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean and had underfloor heating, which was very nice. The hotel itself was in a fatastic location right on the walls of the medieval city and aesthetically beautiful with plenty of small seating nooks and and since it was christmas has stunning christmas trees to bring festive cheer.

The room was small however beautifully fitted out with everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh with many choices available. The location is great for sightseeing and the Christmas market.
