Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I didn't receive my check in instructions, (self checkin service), no one picking up the phone with the contact number provided. I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key. I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key. I had to wait for the cleaner to clean the apartment first. I had booked a deluxe apartment but was provided a different department because my group size was smaller than the size I needed, which I did on purpose because the group didn't have to share beds. I explained this and received a response that apartment is allocated based on group size, which is very misleading and also not what I booked. On the website it does not state this and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Overall, the apartment was dirty, not enough plates, cups etc if you wanted to use the kitchen. Awful check in process, it took us over an hour to get our room key and was not ready. Unstable shower and toilet, a few things broken which then I was worried that I would get charged. The only good thing is the location for the port and short walk to old town. I wouldn't book the apartments through cozy suites again but I can see you can book different apartments in the same building from different sites and have reviews.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Ich bin froh, dort nicht mehr zu sein. Es war zwar wirklich preiswert, aber auch schrecklich. Das Einchecken war furchtbar, da wir erst den Eingang an der Seite hinter dem Foodtruck nicht gefunden haben. Eine echte Absteige. Es war nicht sehr sauber und wir haben uns geekelt. Die Betten waren extrem unbequem. Keine echte Kochgelegenheit. Zu wenig Geschirr. Alles davon war dreckig. Kaum Besteck vorhanden. Kühlschrank in der Nacht zu laut. Nachbarn mit Kleinkind permanent laut. Kochgerüche schon früh morgens! Es war kein Fenster zu öffnen. Trotz Check in um 15 Uhr war es 17 Uhr nicht fertig. Der Gastgeber hat sich erst nach mehrmaligen Nachrichten gemeldet.
