Great single family home. Open combo living/dining room, french doors opening on to a large deck. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees close in to town. Eat-in full kitchen with large refrigerator. Master bedroom with queen, firm mattress and laptop/work station. Guest bedroom with twin bed that pulls out to a king and another bedroom with full/twin bunk bed. High speed 140 Mbps internet, 140+ channels, Netflix, Roku, Chromecast. Keurig coffee bar w/ free Keurig and drip coffee. Rental-only property for a clutter-free environment. New A/C with whole-home sub-micron air filter upgrade. We aim for a better-than-home experience! Let us know how we can make your stay a memorable one!
