My overall experience was positive. The location is very convenient, check-in and check-out is easy, and the room was generally clean. The room type I selected did not have windows so it was more affordable but also felt a little isolating. Additionally, entering and leaving the hotel if you have a room on 4F is inconvenient as there are no stairs and the elevators that go to 4F take a long time.

Room is big enough, no breakfast provided. location of the building was the best point as is just right in-front of the Taipei Main train station. Many eateries and big departments store around the hotel. My book of 1 night was due to extension of 1 trip, room price is very expensive at the all other booking planforms, however Expedia price was the cheapest at that time by about 20%.

I booked this hotel for same kind of rooms for 2 occasions but was given room with different set-up. One has windows that can see through, and another can't. One with sofa and another without. I wonder why.

I've booked a deluxe family room with windows for 2 occasions but I wasn't sure the rooms given to me were the right one as they didn't look the same as in the photos. Hotel very near Taipei train station. Other then the good location, Hotel is average. There is no Hotel sign on the building exterior, need to go to reception then know it is located on the 5th floor. Stay here for the convenient location which has lots of shopping and food options.
